Here are some details regarding our shipping procedures:

Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

• Carrier:
  • We choose the best carrier available at the moment. Majority of our packages are being handled by USPS and PostNL. 
• Delivery time:
  • Europe: please allow 5-10 working days from date of order for package to arrive. All orders are custom made and production may delay shipments. 
  • Rest of the World: 14-21 working days. All orders are custom made and production may delay shipments. 

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and takes into account weight and destination of the package.

Processing Times: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Items: Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged or lost during shipping. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
